late policy
When an appointment is booked, it is booked based on stylist availability and the time frame needed to provide the service booked. Tardiness to your appointment can cause your stylist to run tardy for other clients that are booked throughout their day; last minute cancellations as well as no-call, no-show’s result in a loss of income for the stylist as Karina’s salon is a commission-based salon.
We allow a ten-minute grace period for clients running late, depending on the service that is scheduled.
Failure to arrive in a timely manner will result in the appointment being rescheduled to a later date or time.
No-Call No-Show policy
All No-Call, No-Show Appointments are documented. Failure to call to reschedule or cancel your appointment in advance may result in an additional service fee at your next appointment. Continued No-Call, No-Show Appointments will result in a non-refundable deposit to book your appointment or limited appointment availability.
Cancellation policy
All Cancellations are documented. Failure to call to reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance may result in an additional service fee at your next appointment. Continued Cancellations will result in a non-refundable deposit to book your appointment or limited appointment availability.
Additional Service Fee amount dependent upon number of cancellations or no-shows, with the minimum being $25. Non-Refundable Deposit amount dependent upon services booked, with the minimum being $50.00.
