how do i make an appointment?
We do all of our booking over the phone (or in person)! We can be reached at 804-353-7000 during these business hours:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesdays & Fridays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturdays (alternating): 9:00am – 3:00pm
do you accept walk-in’s?
Depending on stylist availability, we do!
Walk-in’s are available on a day-to-day basis depending upon each stylist’s availability.
The best thing to do is to call in advance so we can check our appointment book for you!
Can I leave a voicemail if it’s after hours or the line is busy?
We do not have a voicemail to avoid any line congestion or miscommunication.
We recommend calling during regular business hours for any changes that need to be made for your appointment. In the case of an emergency, please feel free to reach out via info@karinashair.com!
how do i confirm my appointment?
Based on your preference, you will either receive a text confirmation or phone call confirmation the day before your appointment!
Text confirmations are automatically sent from our Booking Application and can only be used to confirm – if you need to make any changes or reschedule/cancel your appointment, please call the salon at 804-353-7000. Phone Call confirmations are normally done the day before your scheduled appointment in the morning, with Tuesday confirmation calls taking place on the Friday or Saturday prior to your appointment.
are you ever open on mondays?
Not usually!
However, during holidays like Thanksgiving or Christmas, we normally do open the Monday leading up so that we have more availability before being closed for our stylists to also spend time with their friends & families.

where are you located?
We are located at 1707 Commonwealth Avenue!
Next door to the new Sip Société!
Located directly behind the Valero Gas Station located off of West Broad Street, across from the Parks Chevrolet Dealership, and a few miles towards downtown from the Willow Lawn Shopping Center.
where do i park?
We have a parking lot available in front of the shop, as well as street parking available on Commonwealth Ave. (Please be mindful of our ramp-access spot when parking in our lot!)
what time should i arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving no later than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If your stylist is running behind, we will do our best to let you know at least thirty minutes before your appointment time!
what if i’m running late for my appointment?
Give us a call at 804-353-7000 as soon as you know if there is going to be any issue concerning your appointment!
Our stylists are regularly booked based on the service being provided, so being tardy to your appointment could cause tardiness for other clientele. Lateness can also result in needing to reschedule your appointment to another time or another day, based on the stylist’s book for that day.
We have a 10-15 minute window depending on your service before your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Do you allow food and drinks?
We do allow clients to bring in beverages, as long as they have a lid!
Food is dependent upon what kind of food, as we do not have any additional tables, counter space, or a microwave available.
